The recent Mandurah Council approval of the Bridgewater Outline Development Plan provides the opportunity to develop an integrated master planned community which incorporates a highly interconnected and permeable network of tree lined streets, exciting community facilities and landscaped public open spaces.
Bridgewater is a unique product offering an ‘Estuary Lifestyle' within the heart of Mandurah. It will ultimately be an integrated master planned community located alongside the Mandurah Estuary and the already successful Mandurah Quays Development. The development is planned to incorporate an abundance of high quality landscaped public open spaces as well as foreshore reserve directly adjoining the Peel Inlet retaining large amounts of natural vegetation.
