Fairways Brookwater Sales Centre

Stage 2 Homes
Each home will benefit from environmentally friendly design, fittings, fixtures and infrastructure. Masterplanning allows for solar access into living areas and designs maximise cross ventilation, to create a light and airy living environment. Each home features water and energy saving devices including water tanks, landscaping suitable to the environment, gas hot water, cook tops, ceiling fans and highly rated water devices including tapware, filters and dual flush 4 star rated toilets.
Sustainability principles are extended to Fairways' facilities with the recreation centre equipped with a large water tank to top up the pool and water surrounding gardens.
Orion Shopping Centre
The Mirvac developed Orion Shopping Centre opened in March 2007 and is one of Australia's first six star Green Star rated shopping centres, demonstrating world's best practice in sustainable development.
