Masterplanning allows for solar access into living areas and designs maximise cross ventilation, creating a light and airy living environment. Each home features water and energy saving devices including water tanks, landscaping suitable to the environment, gas hot water, cook tops, ceiling fans and highly rated water devices including tapware, filters and dual flush 4 star rated toilets.
Sustainability principles are extended to Fairways' facilities with the recreation centre equipped with a large water tank to top up the pool and water surrounding gardens.
