Waterfront Views and Homes with Sustainable Planning
The backbone of Ephraim Island is its masterplan based around two water front view corridors, one running east-west along the bridge to South Stradbroke Island and the other north-south to Surfers Paradise.
The island's position in the Broadwater, proximity to the convenience and amenity of the Paradise Point Village, the adjoining nature reserve and environmental factors of sun, wind and sea have all been taken into consideration.
The masterplan creates five distinctive residential precincts of apartments, villas and homes which are connected by a central avenue and a system of pedestrian walkways that wind through sculptured parklands and lake networks. Each precinct touches the water's edge and provides the resident with their own unique perspective of Ephraim Island and the Gold Coast.
