E-living homes provide outstanding architecturally designed homes that provide both functionality and style to compliment the modern lifestyle. The TVS Partnership are proud to be an integral part of this project, providing the architectural designs for each style of home.
E-living homes wanted to create integrated spaces that enabled people to enjoy all the facets of modern living, whether it be entertaining family and friends, relaxing, studying, working from home or raising a family. Another contributing factor to the design direction was to create low maintenance homes that maximised living space and minimised time spent working around the home.
The TVS Partnership
The TVS Partnership is a locally based architectural company that has over 25 years experience in providing effective design solutions. Mark Urquhart, Director, had the leading design role with this project ensuring that outcomes were “homes” and not just houses.
The company is proud to boast two recent Urban Development Institute of Australia Queensland Awards for Excellence for their recent projects at The Village Centre, Kelvin Grove and Viret Apartments, Clayfield.
Design Solutions
The TVS Partnership understands how the modern lifestyle impacts the way in which we live within our homes.

Living spaces have been designed as open plan and positioned to take maximum advantage of climate, outdoor and external spaces. Privacy has also been addressed through effective internal zoning, with bedrooms being separated from living areas.
External facades have been developed to compliment the surrounding natural environment whilst offering a range of contemporary designs with modern and traditional building materials.

Each style of home has been designed to contribute to an eco friendly and more energy efficient living through the orientation, eaves overhang, awning and window selection and positioning.
