Conceived by award-winning landscape designer Rick Eckersley, the Laureate garden is an atmospheric experience that quite literally immerses the residents in an environment of textured and patterned plants, vines and trees. The garden design incorporates carefully selected plant species providing essential summer shade, colours for autumn and warmth for Melbourne's winter. For individual gardens, the private courtyard pathway to the front entrance is bound by soft tactile foliage and scented climbers.
