The Peninsula, Burswood is Mirvac's leading-edge community, setting a new benchmark for residential projects in Western Australia. Once complete, The Peninsula community will comprise of high rise towers, mid rise buildings and terrace and courtyard homes.
Penthouses will also be available in each high rise apartment tower.
High rise buildings.
The Peninsula will comprise seven high rise apartment buildings in total with an estimated completion date of 2016. Five towers are now complete, Allegro, Axis, Aqua, Aurora, and Aquarius. The sixth and seventh towers are yet to be released and construction is yet to commence.
Mid rise buildings.
The mid rise apartment buildings are located alongside the Burswood Golf Course and feature stunning views of the golf course, river and city.
It is proposed that there will be four mid rise buildings within The Peninsula community. The first two were completed in 2008 and the third and fourth buildings are yet to be released and construction is yet to commence.
Housing.
Mirvac has set a new benchmark for WA home builders with the introduction of architecturally designed homes to The Peninsula. These homes have been some of the first to be designed and constructed by Mirvac in WA under the all encompassing banner of Mirvac Home.
A mixture of courtyard and terrace homes are proposed to be scattered throughout the development.
