Movies by Burswood is the outdoor cinema, run by over 300 volunteers, that donates 100% of its profits to charities seeking to improve the quality of life of kids in a health or physical ability crisis. Located in the Burswood Parklands on the Swan River foreshore Movies by Burswood is Perth's family outdoor cinema.
Movies by Burswood have generated a record breaking profit from its 2008/09 season which will see more than $600,000 donated to Perth-based children's charities.
Currently in its eighth season, the movie charity that operates an outdoor cinema in the Burswood Parklands and staffed by over 350 volunteers, has raised more than $1.6 million for charity since its inception.
