Community Development Fund.
The Mirvac Mandurah Community Development Fund was set up in 2001 and is the collaborative funds made up of a set amount which Mirvac contributes from each block sold and settled within the Seascapes, Meadow Springs and Bridgewater estates.
The main purpose of the Community Development Fund is to contribute to the development of the community lifestyle within Mirvac's Seascapes, Meadow Springs and Bridgewater estates. These funds are accessible to not-for-profit community groups upon application to enable them to complete projects or hold events in which they feel would benefit residents and the community.
