The heart of The Village at Seascapes. NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
CONSTRUCTION HAS COMMENCED on the $8 million retail and dining precinct at the heart of the Seascapes community. Lightwest Investments have acquired a retail development site from Mirvac for the development of the new retail and dining precinct.
The agreement will not only make shopping more convenient for locals, but will also provide more meeting places for the beachside community, and complement the strong mix of recreational amenity already available within this thriving community.
Foreshore Park has been upgraded to include a new pedestrian and cycle path connecting the park to the beach access, along with new picnic and BBQ facilities and children’s playground equipment, all of which are available for public use.
Works within the central foreshore reserve, immediately south of Foreshore Park, will also be commenced with construction of a new lookout, central beach access, showers, public toilet aswell as disabled person and emergency vehicle beach access.
