1. Where is Tennyson Reach?
Tennyson Reach is located approximately 8kms south of the Brisbane CBD on the riverfront in Tennyson. The Sales Centre is located at 173 King Arthur Terrace.

2. How many apartments will there be in total at Tennyson Reach apon completion?
Tennyson Reach will ultimately comprise approximately 393 apartments across six buildings.

3. How much are the apartments?
Farringford apartments are now selling off the plan
Two bedroom apartments from $745,000
Three bedroom apartments from $845,000
Pavilion and penthouses from $1.95M

4. What size are the apartments?
Two bedrooms range from 140sqm to 227sqm

5. When is the next stage scheduled for release?
Aldworth will be the next stage of premium apartments at Tennyson Reach. Release is anticipated in 2011 and will comprise approximately 80 - 85 apartments over 11 storeys. A range of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as pavilions and penthouses will be available. To register your interest please click on the 'Registration form' link or contact the sales centre on 07 3848 2397. Once registered, Mirvac will keep you up to date with information on the upcoming release as it comes to hand and will offer you the opportunity to select and purchase apartments prior to the public release.

6. When will the project be completed?
The first two buildings, Softstone and Lushington, which comprise a total of 115 apartments were completed in May 2009. The third building, Farringford, comprises 92 apartments and is under construction with completion on track for early 2010. Anticipated completion of the final three buildings is scheduled for 2016.

7. What facilities are being delivered for residents?
Mirvac's vision is to create in Tennyson Reach, Brisbane's ultimate lifestyle address. Residents will have a range of health and well being amenities at their fingertips, both on-site and in the immediate local area.

This includes a private, resident only, state-of-the-art gymnasium with high quality cardio and weight machines, a pilates/stretch room, shower and change facilities, a 2 lane horizon edged lap pool and an AV system with ipod docs and plasma screens. There will also be two recreational swimming pools, 1.87 hectares of public parkland on the riverfront and walk/cycleways. 

A cafe/coffee shop is planned for the ground level of the Farringford building adjacent to the plaza area which joins the parkland, river and residential precinct.

Nearby is the international standard Queensland Tennis Centre, home to the Brisbane International. All courts (clay, grass and Plexicushion) can be hired.

In the local area is Brisbane Golf Course and Indooroopilly Golf Course.

Toohey State Forest is just around the corner with 260 hectares of forest land, home to 400 plant an animal species. It has a range of walking and cycle tracks to cater for people of all fitness levels. 

8. What was Mirvac's involvement in the development of the Queensland Tennis Centre?
In 2005 Mirvac was announced as the preferred developer for the 12 hectare Tennyson Residential Development site by the Queensland Government. This partnership saw Mirvac design and build the Queensland Tennis Centre whilst opening up 5 hectares of riverfront land to provide premium residential apartments and 1.87 hectares of public parkland.
