All structure works are now completed with internal works progressing well.
One of the two cranes has been dismantled and the removal of scaffold has commenced. The remaining scaffold and crane will be removed by late October with expected completion early 2010.
The residents' only pool adjoining Farringford is also well progressed with the concrete structure completed.

Apartments under construction in Stage 2, the Farringford apartments, are on track for completion early in the New Year.
All of the concrete structure has been completed and the scaffolding to the eastern end of the building is starting to be removed. Internal fit out is well progressed from level 1 through 8.
Construction of the recreational swimming pool for residents has commenced, along with works to deliver the first stage of parkland.Stage 1 comprising the Softstone and Lushington apartments are now completed with residents moving in from May 2009.

December 2009
Farringford remains on track for completion in the early months of 2010. Internal fitout works to apartments is nearing completion, along with the fitout of lobbies and common areas.
Installation of the rainwater tank that delivers the capacity for water storage for irrigation to the parkland is nearing completion. Landscape fill into the concrete 'sluice' structure has commenced, which will facilitate the extension of the pedestrian/cycle pathway along the river once complete.
Installation of the stone paving to the plaza has commenced. The plaza and the parkland will be completed and open in early 2010, providing connectivity from the Queensland Tennis Centre across King Arthur Terrace to the riverfront parkland.
