There are three apartment buildings at The Point, Bay View Point, Bridge Point and Sea Point. The Point was completed and officially opened in mid 2009 so all apartments available are ready for you to move into.
The design of the apartments on all facades has ensured the buildings have no front and back but are activated on all elevations. The apartments within the three buildings were carefully designed to accommodate generous and efficient living spaces all of which have access to views, natural light and ventilation. Each apartment was designed to maximise the views whilst still maintaining functionality and privacy.
The overall design of the development focused on encouraging connectivity with the neighbouring marina and city centre, as well as capitalising on the heritage features of the site which included a Moreton Bay Fig Tree, an area of aboriginal significance and an adjoining jetty.
